How long does delivery take?

Order hasn't arrived?
If your tracking shows a problem or you believe your parcel may have been lost in transit, please contact us. We'll investigate this with the delivery provider and, if the parcel is confirmed as lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
Changed your mind?
No problem. If FurZap™ isn't quite right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your return smoothly, please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
For change-of-mind returns, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service so your return can be safely followed.
Items should be returned in a suitable, resaleable condition with the original packaging where reasonably possible.
How long will my refund take?
Once your return has been received and approved, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
